The compensation of already built up credit is not possible through online orders at the moment due to technical reasons. We are not responsible for delivery times. The particular logistics company will notify about the estimated delivery time. Weekend and holidays do not count. The delivery time also depends an the senders location and the delivery address especially during peak-times.

Terms of payment
We accept payments by credit card or by bank transfer prior the delivery. If you live in Germany only payment by credit card or by bank transfer prior the delivery is accepted.

a) Payments by credit card
We accept VISA, EURO-/MASTERCARD and American Express. You need to tell us the card number, the validation number and the date of issue as well as the expiration date. The validation number can be found at the back of the credit card. It consits of a three digit number and follows the sixteen digit credit card number. American Express credit cards show a four digit validation number in the front above the credit card number. At the issue of the invoice we will charge your credit card account.

a) Payments in advance via bank transfers
We send you an order confirmation via e-mail. As soon as we receive the amount due we will send you the merchandise.

c) Default of payment
If at the end of the payment term, the client is in default, we reserve the right to charge default interest.
